The following Terms of Use (“Terms” or “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of GOLFTEC services, websites, mobile applications, and all other services we provide (hereinafter the “Services”). Please read the Terms carefully. Your use of the Services constitutes your agreement to be bound by all terms. If you disagree with one or more of these terms or find them unacceptable in any way, please do not use the Services.
GOLFTEC PRIVACY POLICY Download

This GOLFTEC Privacy Policy Singapore Addendum (the “Addendum”) supplements and should be read in conjunction with the GOLFTEC Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) and applies to all Users to the extent GOLFTEC is subject to Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”), generally, regarding people who purchased or received the Goods or the Services in Singapore. We adopt this Addendum to comply with the PDPA and any terms defined in the PDPA, or our Privacy Policy have the same meaning when used in this Addendum. This Addendum takes precedence over anything contradictory in our Privacy Policy in connection with the Users in Singapore.
Joint use of Personal Data within GOLFTEC
We will jointly use the Users’ Personal Data for the purposes described in Section 7 of the Privacy Policy among the companies as defined as GOLFTEC and Golf Digest Online Inc. GOLFTEC Enterprises LLC will be responsible for the use of your Personal Data in relation to such joint use.

Consent
Through your use and purchase of our Goods and Services, you expressly consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Data by GOLFTEC as outlined in this Addendum and our Privacy Policy. We may revise this Addendum from time to time without any prior notice. Your continued use of our Goods and Services constitutes your acknowledgement of and consent to these changes. You may withdraw your consent at any time upon giving us reasonable notice.
International Transfer
Each company included in the definition of GOLFTEC outside of Singapore has established a system necessary to continuously take measures equivalent to those established in the PDPA under the Transfer Limitation Obligation and the Accountability Obligation (as defined by PDPA). We have also taken necessary and appropriate measures to ensure the continuous implementation of such equivalent measures by the recipients. If you wish to check the details of these measures, please contact us. For our contact information, please refer to the “Contact Information (Singapore)” section below. Other than as outlined within this Addendum or the Privacy Policy, we generally do not transfer your Personal Data to companies outside Singapore. If a situation arises in which we must do so, we will obtain your consent and ensure comparative security measures are met by the third party in accordance with the requirements of the PDPA.
Retention of Users’ Personal Data/Data Security
We will take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, damage, or similar risks of your Personal Data handled and to securely manage your Personal Data. We will stop processing your Personal Data if retention becomes unnecessary for our business objectives or by law. Exercise of Rights and ID Verification
If you wish to exercise any of the user rights set forth in the Privacy Policy or applicable laws and regulations (including requests for correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, elimination, suspension of provision to third parties, disclosure of details of security control measures or measures taken to ensure the continued implementation of equivalent measures at the recipients outside Singapore in accordance with the PDPA), please contact us for details on how to exercise such rights and procedures. Users may request disclosure or correction of their Personal Data at any time. For our contact information, please refer to the “Contact Information (Singapore)” section below.
Before responding to a request for disclosure, correction, deletion, or any other request for Personal Data of a User, we may ask the User to confirm the identity of the User. For this verification, we may ask the User to provide information such as information registered in the User’s account, or a copy of an identification card issued by a government agency.
Data Portability
You may request that we transmit certain electronic data about you to another organization if we have an ongoing relationship with you, we have collected or created such Personal Data, and the receiving organization has a presence in Singapore. This right only applies to data that is: (i) provided by you or, (ii) about you and created through your use of our Goods and Services.
