This GOLFTEC Privacy Policy Schedule for Japan (hereinafter referred to as "this Schedule") supplements and should be read in conjunction with the GOLFTEC Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Privacy Policy") and applies to individuals in Japan who purchase or receive the Products or Services, and to the extent that the Company is subject to the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Information Protection Act"). For the purposes described in Section 6 of this Privacy Policy, we will jointly use the Users' Personal Data described in Section 7 of this Privacy Policy between the companies included in the definition of GOLFTEC and Golf Digest Online Co., Ltd.
